Waste Segregation Plant

Overview

The Municipal Waste Segregation Plant is a facility that obtains various types of municipal solid waste and separates it from the source in the form of paper, plastic, recyclable food waste, etc. Additionally, it compresses or burns recyclable materials to produce useful heat and power. Additionally, this system is refrigerant-free and has a substantially smaller sedimentation basin.

The Government of India has initiated a programme to build 500,000 tonnes of municipal solid waste segregation facilities daily in 100 cities to raise the municipal solid waste management standard. The central government is establishing these plants with the aid of banks.

The first stage in turning municipal solid waste into recyclable products is the Municipal Solid Waste Segregation Plant. A feed tank that opens into a conveyor system, a primary shredder, a belt reclaimer, a secondary shredder and conveyor system, and a cutoff grinder make up the plant.

The trash collection system is the primary determinant of the overall effectiveness of the Municipal Solid Waste Segregation Plant (MSWSP). Whether a small or large factory, Olive Enviro Industries will provide all the essential equipment with suitable design and layout, dependable and economical operation.
